Where It all Started…..struggling to get back to my body after each pregnancy, including miscarriages – working out had been my therapy to provide me with the endorphins and energy needed to balance home-work life. The fat-diets and meal plans I’d used in the past simply stopped working. My metabolism stopped being as responsive and I kept falling off the wagon, only to berate myself for poor discipline, laziness and weakness.

I felt ashamed that I couldn’t stay on the programs…Until it seriously started to mess with my head. Over time, I got so fed up with the mind games and spinning my wheels around dieting, that I threw my hands up and decided I needed to find a new way, a healthier way, a forever way, even if that meant gaining weight. I couldn’t keep punishing myself with hours of cardio each day, nor could I keep jumping from failed plan to failed plan. I wanted to stop talking to myself so unkindly. I wanted to find a way to eat forever, I wanted to stop yo-yo’ing up and down 20 lbs each year.



Add to that mix, moving to Israel, adjusting a family to a new language and mentality, and balancing my work- life balance, while trying to find balance, until I decided to move with love and to me that’s through dance, so I opened my dream dance studio, as my side- hustle.

The passion and reward in helping ladies, get to their results and much much more, led to me leaving the Hi-Tech world, never looking back and pour myself in the study of health and wellness, with study on how the body functions, with functional medicine nutrition, the research on the immune system, pelvic floor health our metabolism and Pre-Menopause.


Maintaining a strong and healthy body are the prerequisites to serving God! After all, one who is ill cannot possibly devote his energy and focus to the study of His Creator. Thus, it is a legal obligation to refrain from all items that harm your health. It is equally a legal obligation to discipline yourself in all habits that strengthen and invigorate your body.”

I created Get Fit ima to help busy women, mothers & caregivers feel inspired, empowered, and motivated to lose weight, build energy & strength inside & out, so that they can own their mindset, live confidently & get in FIT MOMENTUM to create healthy habits that lasts a lifetime.
