We’re keeping it fun, simple, and super doable with one small move every day!

    Under Challenge- sign up & Each day, look for a quick prompt in the feed (think: “What mini-move did you nail today?”).
    → Drop a comment or sweaty selfie—that’s your win! 🎯

  2. Earn Points 🎉
    Every check-in = points.
    Points = progress.
    Points = fun prizes.
    Points = your name climbing the Leaderboard (watch that momentum soar!).

  3. Keep It Consistent
    One post a day keeps the couch away.
