So I did what most women do—I tried harder. I ate less, trained more, pushed myself to be more disciplined. And even as a coach, it was confusing… because it wasn’t working. That was my wake-up call. That’s when I began shifting how I was eating, training, and living—building what is now my method—so I could finally feel aligned, energized, and back in control again.
